By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Gamaliel, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Gamaliel provides digital tools for Bible research and study, sermon preparation and editing, content organization, and generation assisted by artificial intelligence. Available features and limits depend on the plan and may evolve.

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement or valid permission from a guardian. Account information must be accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or access, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal unless a plan or express authorization allows otherwise.

You agree to use the service lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with its purpose. You are responsible for submitted data, instructions given to AI, and the use, review, and publication of results.

• Do not violate laws, copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
• Do not submit malware, seek unauthorized access, bypass limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with service security and availability.
• Do not use Gamaliel for fraud, harassment, discrimination, violence, exploitation, or the creation and distribution of illegal content.
• Do not reverse engineer, conduct abusive automated scraping, resell without authorization, or impose a disproportionate load on infrastructure.
• Do not enter sensitive data or third-party content without a lawful basis, consent, or appropriate authorization.

AI responses are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, bias, nonexistent references, or unsuitable interpretations. Similar results may be provided to other users.

Review and confirm passages, quotations, facts, authorship, and theological suitability before using or publishing any result. Gamaliel is a support tool and does not replace responsible study, pastoral advice, professional assessment, or your own judgment.

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit or create. You grant Gamaliel a limited, worldwide license for the period necessary to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content solely to operate, protect, and improve the contracted features.

You confirm that you have the required permissions for content you submit. The platform, its brand, interface, software, organizational models, documentation, and other proprietary Gamaliel elements remain protected by intellectual property law. No rights to those elements are transferred to you.

Some features are free and others require a subscription. Price, currency, billing period, limits, and benefits are shown before purchase. For recurring plans, billing follows the cycle displayed at checkout until cancellation.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize charges to the selected payment method and are responsible for applicable taxes. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the account features provided. Paid access may continue until the end of the billed period unless stated otherwise or required by law. Refunds follow the purchased offer and applicable law.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect features.

We may add, change, or discontinue features and limits. When a significant change materially affects a paid service, we will seek to provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

Gamaliel relies on third-party services such as AI, authentication, payment, hosting, email, and observability providers. Use of an integration may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies. We do not control external services and are not responsible for the independent acts of those third parties.

You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users and the platform, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a violation of these terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide the reason and an opportunity to correct the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, outstanding payments, limitations, and responsibilities.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a warranty that results will meet every expectation or be accurate, exclusive, or fit for a particular purpose.

Gamaliel is not liable for decisions based solely on generated content, losses caused by misuse, user-submitted content, or unavailability arising from third parties and events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, business practices, or law. The current version and date will be published on this page. If a material change requires notice or renewed agreement, we will take appropriate measures. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the relationship between you and Gamaliel, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules and the legally competent forum.
